Suspended above downtown Houston, this luxury high-rise condo offers a refined retreat for a busy executive. Panoramic city views are seamlessly integrated into the interior, while warm wood tones and layered fabrics soften the modern architecture. Sculptural lighting and touches of pop art introduce both function and personality. Designed for effortless living, European cabinetry, integrated appliances, and smart home technology ensure convenience without visual clutter - resulting in a polished, contemporary residence that balances luxury, comfort, and innovation.
This historic renovation celebrates the home’s original charm, while thoughtfully adapting it for modern living. Restoring a historic home had been a lifelong dream for our clients. This project honors that mission, blending timeless architecture with fresh comfort as they begin their next chapter as empty nesters. Our team worked with a historic rehabilitation architect to redesign inefficient and outdated spaces. Original details like scalloped arches, a telephone nook, shiplap, and crystal doorknobs were carefully preserved, while new and reclaimed finishes were thoughtfully layered throughout. This home is an expression of “Past Meets Present,” where preserved character and contemporary comfort come together seamlessly.
This modern lake house is the heart of a multi-generational family retreat in Cross Lake, Minnesota, where they’ve spent their summers for years. With four primary suites and two bunk rooms, the home provides ample space for family and friends to gather season after season. Designed to support everything from casual lakeside breakfasts to lively game nights, the space offers generous room for gathering and entertaining. A large slider window opens to the outdoors, creating a seamless connection from dining and the family’s active, nature-driven lifestyle. Custom cabinetry provides thoughtful storage solutions, from spice organization to pull-out waste and composting, while an earthy finish palette echoes the surrounding lake and wooded landscape.
