Designed for long-term clients, this new construction home embodies a refined yet deeply livable approach to family life. Created for a household with three active children and frequent entertaining, every space was thoughtfully designed to balance beauty and function while fostering connection. From holiday dinners in the refined dining room to lively sleepovers in the custom bunk room, the home effortlessly adapts to every occasion. The kitchen serves as its heart, opening seamlessly to a warm living room. Private retreats, including a serene primary suite and four spacious ensuite bedrooms, offer comfort and respite. Grounded in a timeless architectural language, the interiors are enlivened by bold, intentional moments. Layered wallpapers, color-drenched spaces, expressive stone, playful tile compositions, rich textiles, and sculptural lighting create a home that feels sophisticated, enduring, and unmistakably personal.
After years abroad, this family’s interior feels both rooted and richly collected. Designed with a midcentury-leaning, eclectic sensibility, the home balances clean architectural lines with expressive moments, like the saturated dining room wrapped in tonal drapery and anchored by a sculptural chandelier. Throughout, layered textures and thoughtful materiality take center stage, from the softly curved furnishings and patterned textiles in the living spaces to the striking veined stone and warm brass accents in the kitchen. Collected artwork and meaningful pieces echo the family’s travels, adding depth and personality. The result is a home that feels warm, tailored, and deeply personal, where global influence meets everyday livability, and every detail contributes to a sense of belonging.
Tucked within a quiet pocket of a bustling urban area, this light-filled residence serves as a timeless retreat for two professionals seeking calm and balance within their fast-paced lives. Designed with an eye toward their future as empty nesters, the home prioritizes simplicity, longevity, and effortless livability. The mostly neutral palette is thoughtfully enriched with shades of blue, complemented by moody wallpaper and intentionally placed patterned tiles. Abundant natural light enhances the home’s openness and reinforces a tranquil atmosphere. Finally, a subtle nod to the family’s smallest furry members is incorporated in the laundry room millwork.
